You are right. This is not our problem. The behaviour is the same as before (with ClickToFocus=0, FocusOnAppRaise=0, RaiseOnFocus=0,FocusOnMap=0 new windows appear behind existing ones) We even tried to install the latest icewm (icewm-1.2.30pre1) from www.icewm.org, but here icewm seems to ignore the (user) settings ClickToFocus, FocusOnAppRaise, RaiseOnFocus and FocusOnMap.
