Actually, it most likely has little to do with the package, but probably a missing build conflict. I've just built it 10 times here on a laptop as I was driving down PCH, and it hasn't failed yet. However, I'm using libxml-libxml-perl, not the expat sax parser. [Most likely, the SAX parser is improperly failing when the DTD is not available, as it should not; it should just continue on, posisbly with a warning.] I suspect that you'll find the machines that are failing have libxml-sax-perl installed, not libxml-libxml-perl. But just in case I've jumped the gun, can you please give me the full output of the packages which are installed on these machines which libimage-info-perl Build-Depends on or indirectly depends upon?
