The question about encryption is asked at high priority. This makes it
be asked during a regular debian install on a laptop (uswsusp is in the
laptop task). I would prefer that users not have to deal with this
question in the installer.

The definition of what's acceptable to be asked at high priority is
questions that do not have a reasonable default. I think that not using
encryption is a perfectly reasonable default for this question, and so
it should be priority medium.

BTW, the text of the question refers to "the image that is written to
disk", which is unlikely to mean anything to users who are not familiar
with uswsusp. It would be good to add a sentence to the description
about what the image is.
