OIC. Well, this will work, because Big5 uses {, } and \, and these
characters are already used by TeX.
After the Perl command in fixlatex is run, you can then latex $2,
i.e. "latex reference.zh-tw.cjk", without problems.
On Saturday I'll investigate the other languages, and also see if
switching to UTF-8 is an option.

Yup. When it can't find a font, CJK will turn to the default font
defined as "song". Since there is no such font in a font definition
file, it will try Roman fonts, and goes "habeebalula".
The three patches for ja, zh_TW and zh_CN should fix this issue.
