The manpage is missing or doesn't exist for
guile-1.8 binary.
It is why there is this lintian error:
W: guile-1.8: binary-without-manpage guile-1.8
Manpages are important for users of the package
to know how to use it.
If this manpage doesn't exist, you should ask
to upstream author to write it, or you could
write it.
