Right, I tend to BTS this kind of bug against the last package on my box who generate the conflict. It would be nice to be able to report such a bug against both packages so the DDs could get in touch ASAP.
Ideally, those kind of bugs should never hit the BTS and should be taken care before the upload either at ftp-master level or at any quality testing tool before.
