The time line went like this: Mon, 23 Oct 2006 15:24:30 -0400 AC (me) sends his reopen, and mistakenly 'cc's it to '-done'. Mon, 23 Oct 2006 22:12:32 +0200 (CEST) T. Kinkhorst kindly reopens it after deducing my failed intent. Just after that is where the URL you quoted shows up, a clear acknowledgement of TK's reopen: Bug reopened, originator not changed. Request was from "Thijs Kinkhorst" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Full text and rfc822 format available. > ...it also notified you via an automated ack > from the control bot. If you didn't get receive it, check your mail > logs. No logs on a dialup, (at least not that I can access), email comes from my ISPs POP3 server. However, I do check my mail carefully, and rarely miss a message; while 'gis.net' never seems to lose any Debian related mail. If I'd missed an emailed reopen 'ack', it should be on the BTS page for #394813 somewhere; I've looked more than once, but found nothing. Missing one message twice seems too coincidental, but show me the BTS evidence and I'll believe it. Otherwise maybe the BTS didn't send a reopen 'ack' email. I'd be glad to test that by closing this bug (or any ad hoc bug), then attempting to reopen it with a 'cc'd '-done', just to see what happens. Some form of log on the Debian end, (besides the BTS), would help confirm such an experiment. HTH... -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
