Section 11.1 _General behavior_[1] has a seemingly dead link for Sans' Incident Handling Guide, pointing to http://www.sans.org/y2k/DDoS.htm that is currently 404ing me. I think that the link should be fixed (if the resource is still online elsewhere) or otherwise dropped.
