There is a default list of modules that are unloaded on suspend/resume (see /etc/powersave/sleep:UNLOAD_MODULES_BEFORE_SUSPEND2DISK). powersaved writes a logfile (/var/log/suspend2disk.log) on suspend_to_disk. You can take a look there, if you notice something suspicious. Please also attach this file to this bug report.
