Hm, the log file is incomplete. It does not contain the resume cycle. As I can't reproduce your behaviour here, you will have to help me debugging it: On resume the file /usr/lib/powersave/scripts/restore_after_suspend_to_disk is called. If you have 915resolution installed it first tries to patch your video bios. Then 'restore_after_sleep "suspend2disk"' from /usr/lib/powersave/scripts/sleep_helper_functions is called. You can narrow down the problem by commenting out potential problematic calls, like 915resolution (given you have a intel graphics chipset and 915resolution installed).
