Bug#394083: please make .htaccess file a conffile

Package: dokuwiki
Version: 0.0.20060309-5.2

I use "$conf['userewrite']  = 1;" and every time the dokuwiki package is 
upgraded my wiki breaks because a new version of the .htaccess file is 
installed that has the rewrite rules commented.

Please make it so that I get the usual "keep the current, install the 
maintainer version, etc." prompt.
