After upgrade from 0.92.0-5.3 to 0.92.0-6, I found the keyboard shortcuts had gone as reported above. As it happens, the only ones I used were alt+number to switch between desktops, so I went to reconfigure them. I've now done this and saved the configuration but they still don't actually work (I've restarted windowmaker since making the changes, although at least when configured with WPrefs they used to take effect immediately)
