think disk-space starvation has become common again. :-)

Yes. I agree with the comment in #224813 that debfoster should not
purge config files unless I requested it to. Plus. if apt-get remove
and aptitude remove does not delete config files, I don't understand
why debfoster's remove function *does* delete config files. :-)
