Default key bindings for SAK would be very nice. A common
key mapped to this by default would not allow people to
get used to hitting it before login on a getty, but it
also nice way to escape raw mode (no more aliasing something
to 'A' and remembering which keys produce this, but simply
firing up SAK and be back to a getty in cooked mode).
>From what I have looked, control alt Escape seems to be a combination
nowhere mapped to something unique, so that would be my suggestion
where to place it.
