I can reproduce the omega problem when upgrading from sarge's teTeX packages, but nothing with mfw. > P.S.: This happened after installing+deinstalling (but not purging) tetex3. Can you please send us the listing of /etc/texmf/fmt.d/, and the contents of all files in that directory that mention omega or mfw?
