I have prepared a NMU 0.4-1.1 which should fix the two bugs about
texlive and about moving the config file.

Till now I haven't had time to do any upgrade/install/etc test, if
someone finds time. I probably wont have time till monday.

The package is available at
        deb(-src) http://www.tug.org/texlive/Debian/ svninfo/
everything sign with my key.

For Frank: We could also let this package rest in peace and provide it
in texlive. Is this an option? Better than doing an NMU?

Best wishes

Norbert
