Package: apt-listchanges
Version: 2.67
Severity: minor

apt-listchanges doesn't transform its mail subject as per the RFC, it
directly inserts 8bits chars (whereas it should be properly escaped for
non-ascii characters). As some MTA discard 8bits chars, the subject line
becomes altered.
