Well, I feel "normal" to be a bit low (this is why I did not feel necessary to split the bugreport at first): if the package is not split, tulip will only be installable on machines with the non-accelerated (or glide only) version of libgl1, which is quite bad. Even if I split tlprender out of the tulip package, installing the tlprender package would require to remove libgl1-glx first.
