at the end of /usr/share/munin/munin-limits in subroutine logger, there is a blob of code opening munin-graph.log, which is clearly out of place. Fortunately it is never reached, as the log file is opened by the logger_open subroutine invoked from munin_config. Confusing, though, so I suggest removing this cruft.
