This is probably a problem with one or more desktop files installed by
other packages. First, this shouldn't cause critical warnings like
these, second the borken desktop files should be fixed. Please run:
update-desktop-database -v
as root, and tell me for which desktop files the problems occurs.
Meanwhile, I'm reassigning to desktop-file-utils, and lowering the
severity, since I think this causes no harm.
