sorry for the short message,

I am talking about the otrs settings which are configurable
via the web-interface. These changes are stored in
/usr/share/otrs/Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZ* if I am not mistaken.
Besides, I think it is no good idea to have files owned by www-data
in /usr, as this partition should not be written to during
normal operation, there is no reason to have www-data owned
files there.
