Sorry for the late reply. I'm a bit overloaded right now. I'm puzzled. The german translation in my svn repository seems to be fully translated (but it probablystill contains bad translations :) https://oops.kerneljanitors.org/repos/synaptic/trunk/po/de.po I'll try to have a look over your diff and see what patch still applies and which does not.
