Not only would this proposal give special meaning to existing smb.conf
files, this is in general a bad idea, unless you used a chroot(), where
this kind of thing becomes meaningless.

There is only one winbindd per host, and if the two hosts were to export
the same directories, then they would need to share the same locking
databases.  

Administrators constructing such a setup would need to fully understand
the consequences - making it automagic would seem a bad idea in this
case.
