Package: vim-latexsuite Version: 20060325-1 Severity: wishlist I use vim-latexsuite for its syntax folding features, and its compiler/viewer integration features, and I really love those features. However, I really dislike having my keyboard rebound to do things I don't expect, like converting [[ to \left[<++>\right]<++>
I've been able to turn off most of the key bindings in vim-latexsuite by changing options in ~/.vim/ftplugin/tex/texrc, but there's a few bindings starting at main.vim line 46 which aren't controlled by any variable in texrc. Most of those have to be preceded by Tex_Leader (which can be set to something sufficiently abstruse that I'll never have a problem with it), but a few starting at line 50 are *not* preceded by g:Tex_Leader, so I have no way of turning them off. Please add a variable controlling all of these bindings so I can turn them off from texrc. --Ken Bloom -- Package-specific info: Vim related packages installed on this system: - vim-latexsuite - vim-runtime - vim-vimoutliner -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.16-rc6-1ken Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages vim-latexsuite depends on: ii python 2.3.5-11 An interactive high-level object-o ii vim 1:7.0-017+8 Vi IMproved - enhanced vi editor ii vim-common 1:7.0-017+8 Vi IMproved - Common files ii vim-gtk [gvim] 1:7.0-017+8 Vi IMproved - enhanced vi editor - Versions of packages vim-latexsuite recommends: ii tetex-bin 3.0-17 The teTeX binary files -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
