Probably it's caused by introduction of empty docs/source/build.rst in https://github.com/xtensor-stack/xsimd/pull/1360. It looks like that file is not used anywhere, so perhaps you can add it to your debian/clean and submit a PR upstream to remove it. -- Dmitry Shachnev
