Bug#1142427: dh_sphinxdoc: error: debian/*/usr/share/doc/*/html/_sources/build.rst.txt is missing

I suspect this is likely a bug in the doc configuration for xsimd 
14.3.0.
I meant to cancel this bug report but my fingers slipped before I could 
cancel.
Will inspect the xsimd 14.3.0 doc config further.
