Currently the zipl setup as done by debian-installer uses a fixed config file and relys on symlinks /boot/vmlinuz and /boot/initrd.img. The kernel team intends to remove support for those symlinks in the near future. We need to find another way to handle those, like creating BLS files, also for grub. I try to see how we can do that.
