For libskia you packaged, you are using a custom Makefile-based build system. However, the built dev package does not ship a proper skia.pc file as in the original upstream build system and other Linux-like distros. Since most other packages that use skia often rely on pkg-config to detect the installed skia library, shipping the missing skia.pc would greatly benefit other packages in Debian for a better integration with the overall ecosystem.
