Skia upstream is using GN (generate-ninja) as library build system. The GN tool is readily available in Debian as https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/generate-ninja . It might be a better idea to use upstream-supported build system instead of using handwritten Makefile for better functionality support and carrying fewer patches. Thanks, Boyuan Yang
