Package: fontconfig-config Version: 2.17.1-4 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer, Upgrading the package ignores preexisting configuration and installs 70-no-bitmaps-except-emoji.conf that rejects bitmap fonts making them unusable. Rerunning dpkg-reconfigure fontconfig-config allows restoring it without having to manually edit symlinks, but the default answer gets silently flipped back to "no" after every upgrade or reinstall.
