The dependency has been moved from bluez to bluez-obexd. See
https://bugs.debian.org/1123793 for why this dependency was added.

Debian's bluez-obexd has been using libebook from
evolution-data-server since 5.79-1 (2024) for better integration with
apps that use evolution-data-server. This configuration change was
copied from Ubuntu which had been doing it since 2016.
