Dear Maintainer,

The command "timedatectl list-timezones" lists timezones that are not present
in the tzdata package.
The timezones in questions are legacy timezones that have been split off into
the tzdata-legacy
package. However, those timezones are listed in /usr/share/zoneinfo/tzdata.zi,
which timedatectl is
reading.

This has been fixed upstream in systemd 259, specifically with this[1] change.
It has also been reported
in Ubuntu here[2]. This bug report request is to backport the change to stable.
