gcc-14-offload-amdgcn depends on amdgcn-tools-19 (Build-Depends too). amdgcn-tools-19 depends on llvm-toolchain-19 but the goal is to not include llvm 19 in forky. The default llvm in forky currently is 21. Please switch to using amdgcn-tools-21 instead (like gcc-15 does). Alternatively, gcc-14-offload-amdgcn has no reverse dependencies in Debian. Maybe all that is needed here is to stop building that package and remove the Build-Depends: amdgcn-tools-19. There is a gcc-15-offload-amdgcn. Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
