Despite the stunning absence of information about what the actual problem is, from your subject I take it that this is another instance of #363371 and #367485. Most likely, some of the FontPath settings in your /etc/X11/xorg.conf still point to obsolete locations in /usr/lib. Please have a look at the discussion in http://bugs.debian.org/363371 for details and let us know whether this fixes the problems for you.
