Bug#1121595: mlmmj French translation po file needs conversion to UTF-8

The French translation file debian/po/fr.po for MLMMJ is a text file that is
in ISO-8859-15 format, not UTF-8, and 'iconv -t UTF-8' is unable to translate
the file due to invalid characters in the file. Please update the translation
and send a patch to this bug.
