It's hard to test this because numpy currently has PYBUILD_DISABLE="3.14", and python-rosettasciio won't build cleanly for 3.14 without a 3.14-capable numpy. But I don't see anything in the source package that would cause this, and when I try a test-build with 3.14 it at least runs pybuild for both 3.13 and 3.14 in what looks like the usual correct way.
