Lowering the severity since this is still the case with the recent 2.14 upload
to unstable, it can be raised again when 2.15 is uploaded to unstable (or 2.14
without HTTP support).
Just for the record: libmxml 2.15.1 is now in unstable, which still has
nanohttp support.
