Could you please confirm that you've understood how testing removals
work? This process is entirely automatic and not a decision made by any
individual maintainer or team. Understanding it will help avoid
confusion in the future.

Would it be fine if I upload this repository on behalf of the Games team
while keeping you listed as an uploader?

I'd also like to add you as an owner of this repository so you can
continue maintaining it directly. Could you please share your Salsa
login so I can give you access?

If I don't hear from you, I'll re-create a repository for smpq using

  gbp import-dscs --debsnap --create-missing-branches --pristine-tar smpq

and move it to the Debian Games team on 2025-10-31. That way, the
package can stay maintained and the open RC bug fixed. You profit from
this team maintenance by finding sponsors easier in future.

Please understand that these actions are intended to help you keep your
packages in good shape within Debian and make collaboration easier
through the Games team. If you'd like to stay involved, I'll gladly
help you get set up there.

Kind regards
   Andreas.
