In the attached patch, I instead tried to put promstatsd into its separate package so cyrus-admin can lose the cyrus-common dependency. This seemed to work fine, except that /usr/bin/sieveshell is still installed as a symlink to /usr/sbin/cyrus, which seems to be a simple wrapper script that effectively only calls /usr/lib/cyrus/bin/sieveshell, and calling /usr/lib/cyrus/bin/sieveshell directly works equally well. I'm not sure how to make this more user-friendly so that the real sieveshell script is installed into /usr/bin directly… - Roland
