Package: udev
Version: 0.054-1
Severity: normal

I have two scsi scanners, that appear as /dev/sg0 and /dev/sg1

In /etc/udev/udev.rules, there is already a rule for scsi cdrom:
BUS="scsi", KERNEL="sg[0-9]*", SYSFS{type}="5", GROUP="cdrom"

It would be nice to also have a rule for scsi scanners, such as:
BUS="scsi", KERNEL="sg[0-9]*", SYSFS{type}="6", GROUP="scanner"

Don't hesitate to bother me if you want more informations about the
devices, and sorry if this report is a dup or if it has been already filled.
