Please unblock package puppet-module-puppetlabs-firewall

[ Reason ]
We found that this module was affected by #1109161 ie, that compilation
always crash once when a puppet manifest includes a firewall resource.
This was due to a bad import puppet_x instead of relative import. We (in
fact, Jerome did) found the way to patch it, but at the end, upstream
new point release is a collection of the patches I added myself. So, I found
that it should be a better idea to let 8.1.7-1 in Trixie, rather than a
heavily patched 8.0.0 version that's having the same fixes as upstream.

[ Impact ]
Current version in Trixie simply doesn't work (due to toplevel facts, and
that provider loading issue). Version 8.0.0-4 may have worked, but we would
very much prefer 8.1.7 as mentioned above.

[ Tests ]
Manually tested, part of my OpenStack CI.

[ Risks ]
No risk that I foresee.

[ Checklist ]
