Pushed this in a branch for now, but I think this could be merged right
away: D-I Trixie RC 1 links to mips64el material still work, but that's
going to result in impossible situations anyway as soon as trixie goes
away from the archive, mirrors, etc. (assuming someone would even try
and deploy mips64el stuff, we know from past work sessions that images
were broken in various ways, and nobody noticed/told us):

As for armel and i386, src:debian-installer is going to FTBFS at some
point, and will need a binary removal to avoid stalling the migration.

It's not mission-critical for any team's work on removing mips64el, but
I'll request that today to make sure this doesn't get in the way of
britney when we prepare the next release, probably just looping in
-boot@ and -release@.
