Helmut tried to explain to me in Hamburg why src:cross-toolchain-base-mipsen is in the key package set. I must admit I didn't understand, but there's something with qemu IIRC. It might take a bit of work to fix that. Hopefully you (Helmut) are willing to try again to explain the situation?
