I didn't manage to find the relevant option in the manpages I read, but
I did find https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Dhcpcd#10-wpa_supplicant
which indicates a direct connection to wpa_supplicant and not some
generic wireless daemon, thus iwd doesn't seem relevant here.
