Hi there, I just discovered this issue myself on stable. tzdata is 2024b but ICU still reports 2022e so for example it's missing timezones like America/Ciudad_Juarez, and the 2023 updates to Mexican TZ changes.
We were previously maintaining our own build of icu+tzdata and had hoped that moving to the Debian package managed versions would allow us not to have to keep up with the updates. If ICU could use the platform tzdata package that would avoid this issue. Best Regards, Matthew Johnson --
