Package: libraqm0
Version: 0.10.2-1

libraqm0 0.10 breaks vertically aligned text in libgd3 2.3 which is currently
the only available version for debian.
Upstream libgd has got a fix committed for a future 2.4 release but it appears
to be unclear if/when this will be released or if debian libgd3 will be able to
cherry pick a patch into 2.3.

This issue impacts php-gd which will have a potentially large user impact, for
example graph axis labels like with Zabbix which is a common infrastructure
monitoring package.

The current workaround is to downgrade libraqm0 back to 0.7.0-4.1 from bookworm.

Please consider downgrading libraqm0 to 0.7 (assuming no other dependent
package impact or issues) and coordinating with the libgd3 maintainers if
they're not able to release anything before the trixie freeze.
