This is actually enabled for arm64 since 4.19.16-1. Is still something
missing (or relevant at this point in time?).
I think at that time I didn't know how to enable one driver that's why I created
a bug report for it based on any description. Later on I found how to do
contribution directly and driver should be enabled from that time.
