Dear Maintainer,

$ numfmt '   1.1    10.1    100.1   1000.1' --field - --to si --format '%.1f'
   2.0    11.0    101.0     1.1K
$ numfmt '   1.1    10.1    100.1   1000.1' --field - --to iec --format '%.1f'
   2.0    11.0    101.0   1001.0

I sorely believe that 1.1, formatted as %.1f is not, in fact 2.0
(and that we may be looking at a 81% error!).

Best,
