The VTK componant of paraview no longer builds successfully on ppc64el since paraview version 5.13. In order to allow the new version to migrate to testing for other architectures, please remove paraview from unstable (and testing) on ppc64el. Restricted architecture support for paraview is already in place, it already FTBFS and unavailable on mips64el, riscv64 and 32-bit ARM.
