The mailman.cfg provided by the debian package includes a section called [logging.debian]. This is clearly Debian-specific, but its purpose doesn't appear to be documented anywhere. The Mailman 3 docs suggest that this would normally be called [logging.template], and the config file has a comment explaining the purpose of other logging.* sections.
